Struggle

Today, I was in a bad mood. My colleague told me that she already resigned and her last day will be the end of this month. Two persons resigned within a month. What is going on here? I questioned. What’s wrong with the management? What’s wrong with the HR personnel? Are they either deaf or blind? Simply they’re refused to here what we are trying to say. That’s the reason why! I just can’t go on with this atmosphere. It’s killing me! Our team, we have got 14 persons in total, have more than 2-3 person absence everyday either call sick or on vacation in average. The morale is extremely low that I’d never experienced before.

Oh my Lord, please help me go through this valley. I’ve got two voices inside my mind. On one hand, I really want to quit and find another job opportunity in other aspect. On the other hand, I would rather stay because we’re planned to have a baby. Maybe, I still have lessons to learn in this place, please let me know and guide me, Lord. Maybe, it’s a good time for leaving my comfort zone, and taking this chance as a new challenge of my life. Well, life is an adventure and full of surprises. Lord, please guide me and teach me what to do when the time comes. Strengthen my faith in every step of my life. Amen.

勇氣可加

唔知大家睇過昨日Frontline的表演，有何感想？令我最深刻的莫過於那段"Rap"，一方面，今次的嘗試是失敗了，但是，我的隊友，請不要放棄或怕失敗，Don't even think about it!　古語有云：『失敗乃成功之母！』成功自古在嘗試，只要勤加練習，一定得ｏ既！

另一方面，今次的經驗令我有很多的反思，記得好耐之前，有一次老師同我們講，雖然你們係利用工餘的時間來這裡事奉，但你們所要做出來是要夠專業的，這些是你們想要的話，你們就要比別人付出的更多。

我的隊友們，請不要忘記，也不要讓那團”火”熄滅！

最近看到一部電影的預告，描述一位黑人爸爸和他的兒子奮鬥的故事，在影片中他對兒子說："If you want something, go and get it!"

很想寫方大同好耐，但唔知從何入手，由佢第一隻Soulboy到第二隻This Love,　我都十分十分喜歡！簡直酷死啦！由music style，歌詞裡面所表達的情懷，都非常有Feel!!比起陶喆更Down to Earth!
個人比較喜歡拖男帶女，結尾段合唱好好玩，我覺得成隻碟首首歌都口甘好聽，實屬難得。

公司裡的文化

今日同秘書小姐傾開,大家心中都有著很多的"火",簡直不吐不快。

大家都有好重的workload, 做到索哂氣，眼見有啲同事做錯事，就唔使佢做，他他條條，做得到嘢的同事要做的工作就愈來愈多，多到頂唔順，有啲仲離譜，得閒請病假，公司驚死您會走，人工仲加得多過勤勞及務實的同事，睇死您走唔到，真要命！
